There are various types of hämorrhoiden behandlung  for internal hermorrhoids and one of them is injection sclerotherapy. This procedure basically involves injection of a chemical solution into the hemorrhoid’s mucous membrane where subsequently blood supply is cut off and the hemorrhoid shrinks. Rubber band ligation is another method applied in treating internal hemorrhoids. It mainly involves tying of the hemorrhoid tissue at the base tightly with a rubber band. This rubber band cuts off blood supply to the hemorrhoid and therefore it shrinks and falls off. Laser coagulation, hemorrhoidectomy (which can be laser surgery, surgery performed with a scalpel or a cautery device) and infrared coagulation are also applicable in treating internal hemorrhoids.

It is recommended that one seeks medical advice and concise explanation on each of the available treatments by a doctor so as to make the best decision on the mode of treatment to undergo. You should also be informed of the complications that are likely to arise after treatment.
